How to Obtain a Motorola User ID for access to the Learning Management System

If you already have an active Motorola User ID and password, please complete Step 3 only.

If you are a customer of Motorola's Worldwide Learning Services and already have a Motorola On-Line ID, please click here.

All other customers please follow steps 1 - 3 on this page.  If you have any questions, please contact Motorola at System01@motorola.com.      
   
 
  Step 1: CREATE a Motorola Membership User ID
 
 
    		• Visit https://membership.motorola.com  
     
    		• From the left menu bar, click the "Register" link.
     
    		• Enter your contact information: complete all fields, including User ID and Password.
     
    		• Verify the Password is correct in the "Confirm Password" field.
     
    		• Click "Register".
         
     

    Within 4 hours, you will be notified of account activation at the email address you entered. You must reply to confirm your Motorola Membership registration information and activate your ID.
         
      Step 2: ACTIVATE your Motorola Membership User ID
     
    		• Access your email account.
     
    		• Open the email with the subject heading “Motorola Account Activation”.
     
    		• Click the "Click Here" link provided in the email.
     
    		• Enter your Password.
     
    		• Click "Next".
     
    		• Your Motorola Membership account is now active! Proceed to Step 3 to obtain access to Motorola LMS.
         
      Step 3: ACCESS the LMS using your Motorola ID and Password
     
     
    		• Visit https://techtrain.motorola.com  
     
    		• Enter your Motorola User ID.
     
    		• Enter your Password.
     
    		• Click "login".
     

    You will not have access to online or instructor-led courses at this time. The LMS is adding you as a user and establishing your training account which may take up to one full business day to complete. When your training account is activated you will notified by email. After receiving email notification you can access the LMS to register for online or instructor-led courses.
